NOTIFICATION: Registration Schedule for Continuing Students (both Ph.D and 3rd semester Master programmes) for Monsoon Semester 2021-2022

After the summer break (with the last semester being extended due to the pandemic), the University will reopen on the 2nd of August 2021 for the academic session 2021-2022.

 

Registration schedule for the successful Continuing students of both Ph.D and the Masters programmes will be as follows:

  1. Registration of Continuing students: 29th July, 2021 –2nd August 2021

  2. Registration with late fee for Continuing students): 3rd August 2021 - 9th August, 2021

 

All students who want to repeat/improve their grades should also register (by filling up in the course card) as per the above schedule.

As per the decision of the GB, all students shall pay all dues by the deadline announced by the University at the beginning of every semester. Under extenuating circumstances, the University may allow students to pay fees in installments. Those students who do not pay their fees by the notified dates will not be allowed to sit for the end-semester examination.

 

For students wishing to pay in installments due to financial constraints, registration dates for the installments proposed for the Winter Semester are as follows:

 

For those continuing students who wish to pay in installment due to financial condition, registration with installments proposed for Monsoon semester are as follows:

 

Option 1 In two equal instalments:

1st Installment + US$ 20 or INR 1480   not later than 9th August 2021 (Without late fee)

                                                              not later than 12th August 2021 (With late fee US$ 10 or INR 740)

 

2nd Installment                                      not later than 11th October 2021 (Without late fee)

                                                             not later than 15th October 2021 (With late fee US$ 10 or INR 740)

 

Option 2 In three equal instalments:

1st Installment + US$ 20 or INR 1480   not later than 9th August 2021 (Without late fee)

                                                              not later than 12th August 2021 (With late fee US$ 10 or INR 740)

 

2nd Installment                                       not later than 24th September 2021 (Without late fee)

                                                              not later than 30th September 2021 (With late fee US$ 10 or INR 740)

 

3rd Installment                                       not later than 29th October 2021 (Without late fee)

                                                              not later than 2nd November 2021 (With late fee US$ 10 or INR 740)

 

No Registration of students will be permitted after 9thof August 2021.

 

The Registration form can be downloaded from the University website. Students can fill the Registration Form and pay their fees online.

 

After filling the required information in the Registration Form and on having paid the fees online, the Registration Form with the fee receipt should be submitted to the Evaluation Office at the following email id: This email address is being protected from spambots. The students can also download the Course Card, fill it up and submit it to the respective Department without fail.

 

*Regular Classes for the Continuing Students will begin on Friday, 2nd of August 2021.
